Todd and Me

My sisters Jo and Kate eyeballed me from the deck making me uneasy as I climbed the steps. Now what are they planning? They have that look on their faces.

Twins, they are not, by any stretch of imagination, homely. Brest-length light- brown hair frames their square faces, They have blue eyes, aquiline nose, and full lips. My height, they are blessed with generous boobs and round hips, gradually curving waist and slim thighs. "Where's your other half," Jo asked.

What other half?

I never thought of Todd Phelps as being my gay lover. In fact, I'm not even gay. I don't know why my sisters think that.

His hair is dark-brown and his face angular. His lips are thin and his nose straight. I would be all over him if I were gay or a girl.

Anyhow, while the warm shower was rinsing sweat and lather from my skin, my body was reshaping. The mirror reflected a female body but no one else was in the bathroom. I stared at the reflection for several seconds thinking Wow, I like this body and these boobs are spectacular.

I don't know why this happened. Maybe God finally got around to fixing the mistake he made 19 years ago but I'll take it.

Not long after the makeover I came to the Phelps residence. He opened the front door perhaps thinking that I'm just another solicitor asking for donations.

Thinking quickly I said, "I'm Steven Ferrari's sister."

He bought the line.

"Which sister are you?"

"Jo," I replied.

"This visit is unexpected."

Anyway he brought me to the patio where we took seats at a round plastic table and engaged in small talk. Noticing that he was either looking me in the eye or at least, not at my boobs, I was tempted to ask him if he's gay.

I'm right in his face not wearing a bra and he dose not seem to care. He never had a girlfriend.

"Todd are you gay?"

"Why do you ask that?"

"My boobs don't get your attention. Every guy I know gawks at them."

He sighed. "Yes."

"I'm sorry. I didn't realize that you like guys."

Holy crap. He hid that from me for five years.

"No harm, no foul," said Todd.

Should I tell him what just happened? He would never believe it. Transition takes months, years even.

We made small talk a while longer until I became curious.

"When did you know?"

"When I was fourteen," said Todd,

"Many people figure it out much older than that."

"I had a huge crush on your brother but I knew he was out of bounds."

Oh Wow, he was crushing on Steven

"Your secret is safe with me."

While sitting alone in my bedroom that evening I got the urge to watch man on man sex. I opened the browser on my phone and typed "hot gay men". Within several seconds it returned a list of several sites

"I'll watch the movie after I finish reading the story so I can compare them"

"No luck with Todd," Jo asked.

"We knew that," said Kate.

That tidbit came as a surprise. I guess they didn't tell me that for their own reason.

"Stefani stories like the one you're reading go well with 'vibrators."

They can't know what I do behind the behind the bedroom door.

"You should try one," Kate teased.

I blushed giving away a secret. They must've seen the closed door.

Jo spoke for both girls revealing their own secret.

"Really, why did it take 19 years to fix the mistake?"

"Did you get your period," Jo asked.

"No," I replied.

"You should get a tampon or soft cup immediately. You're overdue for some menstrual blood flow."

How does she know that?

"By the way Happy Birthday," said Jo, handing me a a Brobust crossbody pocketbook.

I noted the brand name Steve Madden.

"My birthday was a month ago."

"That was your original birthday."

There's no denying it. This is a rebirth.

"Check all the pockets," said Jo.

An inside pocket presented me with a choice of feminine hygiene products.

Holding them and looking them over I asked, "is one better than the other."

"Personal preference," said Kate.

Right then blood began flowing into my panties sending me to the bathroom. I opted for the soft cup.

Todd is gay but so what. It's not obvious. In fact, people might think we're shacking up. He had figured out after a week that I am not Jo.

"I morphed. It happened out of my control."

"I'd like to have a magic wand that does that."

I let the comment go.

Saturday morning saw him and me inside Kohl's looking at appliances. He had been considering buying a toaster oven.
