Speed Racer and Mom

With Trixie and Pops away there was nobody to ride with Speed to help navigate the many turns so Cara told her son that she would be his copilot so he would not have to lose the chance to compete in this race that was unscheduled so it came as a surprise. Speed needed this race if he was going to compete in the Grand Master of races and as his mother she couldn't let this golden opportunity pass by. Reluctantly Speed did agree, being 18 years old he really did not want his mother tagging along but he couldn't see a way out. So they showed up at the start line after registering and when the gun sounded they took off in the MARK 5, pulling ahead of the others to join the small elite group in front where there was no doubt the winner would come from.

Mrs Racer read the map expertly being from a family of racers & Speed found himself in third place which was fine with him. He had learned that running first always led to excessive worries & nervousness at being in front & fending off the others was nerve wracking to say the least. That much he learned from Pops as well as Racer X, his brother. Actually third was great and after 8 hours of grueling & treacherous turns they were welcoming the rest period for the night at a motel the racing commission set up for the racers. Since there were nearly a hundred racers their motel was near the front of the race path so they would not lose any ground when the race began the next day in early morning.

Cara Racer gave her son the room to shower and change into pjs so he could go to sleep before her being the room only had only one double bed. She knew he would be too uncomfortable trying to get to sleep with his mother laying next to him. Not that he had ever given her the impression he had the hots for her in all his 18 years. But she was an attractive woman & he an attractive young man so she did not want Nature to throw in any side trips to their rest period.

To bide the time she went to the motel's bar and had a drink to help her relax as well as give Speed more time to himself. She was bought a second one by a man who was hitting on her, obviously hoping to score with her in his motel room. Not being a partying woman or overly suspicious she did not see him slip a tiny pill into her drink. Nor did she realize that she had been 'roofied' so she would not be able to resist or refuse his suggestion to go to his room for sex.

He knew they could keep it a secret which would allow him to marry his mother, also a secret they'd keep. However the fact that she would not be married to his father but to him would add excitement to their secret marriage for years and decades.
