"It means she needs to do different exercises and breathing techniques to help relax the muscles. She needs a lot of foreplay and possibly lube before intercourse, though as you can see that's only part of the equation. She should feel relaxed and calm, nothing that would cause her to clench the muscles. No kegels or toning exercises. It's more about learning to loosen the muscles completely. A lot of patients find that certain positions are more comfortable than others with this condition."

"Like what?" Master asked.

"It can vary. Have you noticed variations in pain depending on position, Caline?"

Caline blushed and bit her lip. "I, uhhh, Sir . . ." she trailed off.

Master laughed. "Go ahead, tell him."

"I just lost my virginity yesterday. It was front-facing with me laying on the bed and him standing over me at the edge, and it was painful."

Dr. Harmon nodded, wishing he could say more to her without Ander in the room. Tell her how sorry he was. How much pain she must have been in and must still be going through. Instead, he said, "A lot of patients, find, uh, doggy style lends itself to less pain, or having you on top and controlling the motions and angles more." He cleared his throat uncomfortably. "I guess that can be something you and Ander work out. I'm, uh . . ." Dr. Harmon seemed lost in his thoughts. He took a deep breath and collected himself. "Given your condition, I'm going to insert the small speculum. Have you ever had an exam with a speculum before?"

"Yes, Sir."

"What did you think?"

"It was extremely painful, Sir."

Dr. Harmon nodded. "I think the smaller size will help. I'm going to warm it up and lube it, and you're going to continue your deep breathing. Loosen your jaw, loosen your hips, and picture all those muscles relaxing and letting go."

Slowly, carefully, Dr. Harmon inserted the speculum and opened it to its full capacity. "Good, sweetheart. We're almost done."

Caline slightly moaned. Master stood directly at Dr. Harmon's elbow, peering at her over his shoulder. "What a beautiful sight," he murmured. Caline closed her eyes.

"Ander, she has to relax. Don't try to incite her."

"It turns her on," Master protested.

"I'm going to take a small swab test I can send to the Lab. Visually, everything looks normal."

Caline cringed at the feel of the swab but let out a large sigh of relief as Dr. Harmon collapsed the speculum and removed it from her.

"Sweetheart, you're all done. You did it." Dr. Harmon removed his gloves and washed his hands.

Master clucked his tongue. "There's actually one more issue I wanted you to look at."

Dr. Harmon covered Caline with the gown as best he could, dreading what Ander could possibly bring up at this point.

"Unlike all the other slaves, this little slut seemed to have a lot of trouble cumming yesterday."

Dr. Harmon nodded, trying to stay as professional as he could, squelching his urge to punch Ander squarely in the nose. Caline groaned. Dr. Harmon looked away. "I have other patients, Ander."

Dr. Harmon sighed. "If I make her orgasm . . ."

"I'll delete the video."

Dr. Harmon chewed his lip. "And not just make a new one, obviously?"

"Right."

"And delete it from everything?"

Ander sighed. "It's like you don't trust me or something!"

This was the problem with Ander. You gave in a little, and suddenly you were in far too deep. Dr. Harmon couldn't believe it, but all this blackmailing had started with Ander asking for a prescription to help relax his girlfriend and put her in a good, somewhat drowsy mood for an international flight they were taking. Dr. Harmon asked the senior doctor, and that man had told him to give the prescription, for just a pill or two, given Ander's influence and how harmless it all sounded. And from there Dr. Harmon had fallen down a slippery slope of examining slaves, collaborating in the humiliation of slaves during medical exams, and, with a flush of shame, finally having sex with slaves in front of Ander.

The senior doctor had taken the fall for the falsely prescribed pills Ander had, of course, used to take advantage of his girlfriend of the time and gone into early retirement. Now Dr. Harmon struggled to maintain his morals while keeping Ander happy and in-check enough not to reveal his secrets to the world, costing him his practice at best and his medical license and reputation at worst.

"Sweetheart, I'm going to insert two fingers again. Close your eyes and go to a place that makes you happy."

Dr. Harmon inserted two fingers, as he'd warned, but he didn't warn that they would rub so irresistibly against Caline's g-spot as he pumped them in and out.
