Click hereWelcome to the mini-event, "Burning Down the House." Several writers who read and post in the Loving Wives category put our heads together and decided to write some classic Loving Wives stories. These are stories in which the characters are neither passive actors in their marriages nor homicidal maniacs. Just people who do the best they can in difficult situations and try to live their best lives. We write in hope that the readers enjoy these stories, and as a thank you to readers who come to Literotica, read our stories and give us an audience.
Thanks to Laurel and the Literotica staff for giving us a fun place to read and write.
And now, the stories:

A big thank-you to all the authors who contribute both to this themed challenge, and to Literotica every day.
And without the readers, there could be no writers. Thank you for reading these stories!
Lots of talented people posted stories for this event. *****
I liked the premise of a LW story that held down blazing drama. While I like to see "passion, jealousy and hate" as much as anyone, these stories gave more time to enjoy the characters. So, thanks for this. Great stuff.
Overall 3*
They must have had it in for some author or story to think we'd like recycled cliches. Nothing original or creative across the board
I read all 9 stories and thought they all deserved 5 Stars. These are the kinds of stories that attracted me to Literotica years ago. Now I feel lucky find 1 or 2 a week that I want to read. I wish Harddaysknight would get back to Lady in Red: Book 3 and add a Ch. 9... I've enjoyed all his stories but especially liked Lady in Red. I hope he hasn't gotten burned out on such a captivating series? Thank you so much for this great event.
