Hi. I'm still Israela and resume telling the story of me and my wife Jane making love with Kristin and her non binary child Leo, who has been assigned male at birth, has been on puberty blockers since they were 9, and now, at 30, lectures on Quantum Computing and has started an incestuous relationship with her mom.

Nora: Leo, can I try and summarize what you've just told me? You would like to lactate, without harming your penis.

Leo: Right.

N: That you may prove unable to lactate because of insufficient glandular tissue. It also happens to some cis women.

L: I'll get over it.

N: Leo, hypoplastic does not mean 'unresponsive to HRT'. I'm showing you some photos of hypoplastic breasts, some of them belonging to trans women, in order to show you why have they been nicknamed 'tubular breasts'.

Nora shows Leo these photos, somewhat upsetting them, and explains:

N: Most trans women eventually have breast augmentation surgery to have better-looking tits; are you ready for it?

L: I'm willing to take the risk. The breasts you've showed aren't that ugly, and I hope I am luckier than these gals.

N: Don't espect to lactate the way your mother does. In your case squirting some drops of milk each time would be a big success.

Jane orders all the medicines, and each of us starts her therapy. Leo even organizes a ceremony in her synagogue marking her identity and name change -- paraphrasing Genesis 17:4-8, the lector proclaims:

4. 'As for Me, behold, My covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be the mother of a multitude of nations.

5. Neither shall thy name any more be called Leo, but thy name shall be Leah; for the mother of a multitude of nations have I made thee.

6. And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.

7. And I will establish My covenant between Me and thee and thy seed after thee throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee and to thy seed after thee.

8. And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land of thy sojournings, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.'

And then Leah files the name and gender change papers in court.

Nora and Kristin were somewhat wrong about Leah: her breasts develop so fast that Nora has to visit her and say:

N: You're getting hyperplasia, not hypoplasia -- I could become famous by describing your case in an academic journal.

L: You can write whatever, but prescribing breast reduction!

N: You crack me up, Leah. I should have taken your familiarity with gigantomastia into account -- your mother's mega boobs. But can I reduce your hormone doses? Too many estrogens may be harmful.

L: OK.

Leah's tits eventually stabilize -- at 38F.
